Where Have You Been Giving Your Energy?
Sometimes we give so much of ourselves away that we forget what it feels like to simply be ourselves.
To people. To worries. To the past. To responsibilities. To things we cannot control.
This healing session is your time to stop, let go, and begin calling your energy back.
For one hour, nothing is expected from you.
Just close your eyes, receive, and slowly... come back to yourself.

This session like all of her sessions was so healing, beautiful & insightful. We were taken to a pivotal moment in our life that helped shape how we show up for ourselves & others, the unnecessary pressures we place on ourselve. A moment that changed my live more than I even realized. I was able to comfort that girl, let her know she doesn’t have to carry it all alone, & let go of the emotions/reaction tied to that moment in time. A much needed release that I didn’t even know was needed. 🥹💜
Layla, Being in that Restoring Myself session was different for me. I walked in feeling drained, like pieces of my energy had been pulled away by everything and everyone around me. But being with the group session, something shifted. I could feel it coming back to me. Not all at once, but enough to know that the energy I’d been missing, the energy I actually need, was mine again. That session gave it back to me. Thank you Layla 😊 🙏 💓 ☺️ 💗 💛.
