Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your Reiki healing appointment. To ensure fairness to both our practitioners and other clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled session, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost will be charged.
